Seat Release Issue

Hello, my seat fails to release when I push my key into the ignition and turn clockwise. There's something that feels off in the turn of the key as well. Any ideas????

Have the dealer take a look at it... :shocked:
I'm reluctant to offer any D.I.Y. solutions for a couple of reasons:
1. I don't have any... pps:
2. Getting to the cabling can be problematic without a shop manual and some guts! :yikes:
3. There are other cables under there (For the Funklid), and you don't want to fix one, and un-fix another by mistake! :shocked:

Push down on the seat while turning the key or bump it.
