• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Back from hospital. A long story.

 only 31 years here so far... I'd have died penniless and cold in a ditch; without mine! :2thumbs:

Without me; she probably would be off on a yacht somewhere, and enjoying a much better life...

Good chance we might have been sharing the same ditch. All our friends say Momof4 must be a saint to have put up with me for all these years.

I'm happy you're doing ok. I'm curious; are there any after-effects of the CPR?

None that I know of. No chest aches. My doctor actually questioned wether I actually required it. He said sometimes its hard to tell of someone is breathing or not. With good intentions and perhaps a bit of panic CPR is, at times, given unnecessarily. I'm glad they took the rather be safe then sorry route.

I'm glad you're okay and back on the spyder.

I must say that you have a great resting HR of 45BPM. Also, cranking out 7.4MPH avg. for 15 minutes is also very good. It's great to see someone else believes in some heavy duty exercise. Do you also do any strength training?

Maybe I'll see you on the road sometime. And, by the way, you definitely had a good man picking up your spyder. Keep up the exercise and riding, and keep in mind to not hit a brick wall again when stopping your cardio training.

I think some of the meds I am on lower my HR. I just do ab exercises and the treadmill.

dadof4,

I'm going to P.M. you my phone number, so that you have 2 people you can call. If it ever happens again, and I hope it doesn't, give a call. I'll just caution you and say I have an SM5, and will need instructions.

Good luck on your treadmill training; you may want to consider intervals.
