• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I made an observation

The last few time I've had the Spyder out for a ride I began comparing riding 2-up versus solo. The Spyder seems to have a lot more oomph (get up and go), better response at higher speeds, and the ability to do more thrilling maneuvers when riding without the wife sitting on the back. I also noticed that I don't seem to suffer as much from the screaming in my ears or the occasional thump on the back of the helmet. Has anyone else had the opportunity to observe this phenomena ? :roflblack:

I am unable to make that comparison, because I can't get out of the garage one up.

if I ryde with my wife we are like a single unit. Never a bump never a complaint unless the nanny kicks in. But if I give a ryde to others you are dean on..!! :2thumbs:

i gotta say i enjoy the two up with the misses probably as much as anyone out there. :thumbup: i also gotta say i enjoy the solo rides the same! :thumbup: which brings me to the conclusion that 50% of the time i'm a happy spyder rider, and the other 50% of the time, i'm also a happy spyder rider. :cheers: damn i'm happy!!!:roflblack:

I've noticed after the high speed power turn rides I have finger nail marks in the ribs.:shemademe_smilie:

Not to mention careful:ohyea::clap::yes::cheers:

I do not have the thumping problem she thinks I drive like an old man with her on....well I am but I digress . The ECM does make some adjustments when the seat sensor is depressed that I believe affects performance. The center of gravity changes too and that is the thing I do not like thus the old man thing. Besides my cargo is way to valuable to damage. :lecturef_smilie:Boy am I a suck up or what. :yikes::roflblack::roflblack:
