I would like to move the brake pedal ahead about 6 inches.

tgat anyone makes one that long. You may have to custom make it. Check isci's and then make a longer version...:dontknow:

It isn't just bolt on, is it? Someone else had said it does require some cutting of sorts.

It's not as easy as it looks. When extending the length of the brake arm you can over power the specs. of the brake master cylinder and cause a leak or brake failure. That's IMHO.
