• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Cool video... Which model Sea Doo was doing all of the work?
No; they don't get hot.
They've basically got an endless supply of cooing around them, and they never get caught in stop and go traffiic.
Same engine ; as what? :dontknow:

I think last year the V-Twin, and this year maybe the 3 cylinder, but that is bigger and the performance of the Rotax V-Twin in Sea Doos has been pretty spectacular. I do not think that they have changed engines, except maybe in their "Luxury Line" which is as as big as an RT. Need some HP to move that around pulling a skiboarder.

Wonder if my 2014 RTL could tow a small Sea Doo:yes:

The RT622 weighs in at a whopping 250 lbs empty (100 lbs heavier than my Bushtec weighed) and has a 150 lbs load rating for a total of 400 lbs, which is the trailered load limit BRP puts on a gross trailer weight pulled by the 2010 RT. In my 24 years of pulling trailers behind a motorcycle (mostly Goldwings), that's pretty heavy for a motorcycle to pull. I believe the weight of the smallest Sea-Doo (Spark) is 405 lbs. Add fluids and trailer & you're well beyond the rated trailer weight for the RT.

Has anyone ever tried wakeskating? It's damn tough. That guy was ripping it up hardcore :ohyea::clap:. I could never successfully jump and land back on the board. Sometimes when you crash the board ends up way too close to the important things between your legs :yikes:. I wakeboarded for many years and participated in a few college ski competitions. They let me wakeboard in the trick ski category and then I did a few ski jumps and learned to slalom ski at one event when one of the skiers got injured and couldn't compete. I only made 1 1/2 balls in the competition but everyone was surprised I even made the gate because I had honestly never slalom skied ever before.... :roflblack: I still have my favorite wakeboard in the closet even though I cannot really ride after my accident I still keep it for good ole memories :2thumbs:. We used to go to the lake on evenings during the week because the boat traffic was light and the water was smooooooothh. We'd ride until dark. On the weekends when the lake was busy we'd weight the crap out of the boat and wakesurf and put around the lake... GOOD TIMES
