mom passed away this past winter and we have decided to sell the cabin as it is so far away for the family. probably won't be back up until we close on it. if you know any interested people, we aren't listing with a realtor, but we are accepting sealed bids.(prior to july 4th) the reserve is 210. as much as we like spydering, we couldn't see driving that lake road all the time on the orange pumpkin. :cheers:
