• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone have the Lamonster FBB installed?

Anyone have the Lamonster FBB (Floor Board Bracket Pegs) installed?

Just got mine in and about to install them. Following the pics and instructions on Lamonter's Garage website and when I line mine up, it looks like the black plastic lower air deflector on the Spyder is pretty close to the brackets. Looks like when I install the cover nut, it may touch the plastic and possibly rub. Anyone have some installed and have a few pics they can share? Looking for a "top down" picture that shows how close they come to the black plastic air deflector if possible. I can move it back some as I have not drilled the holes, but it will be a little behind what the instructions say. I will probably will wait until tomorrow so I can get a better clamp (I have the plastic squeeze clamp and they don't hold it on there that well). I will get one similar to the one Lamont used in the instructions. Thanks.

I have them and have the left side mocked up with a clamp. I also thought they were to tight up against the wing. Spoke to Lamont last night. That is the way they are designed. The wing has some flex in it. Picked up some composite ramps today. Will be drilling tomorrow. Pics aren't loading. Tom :trike:

I know its plastic, but I don't like anything to rub. I have mine mocked up and its not just touching the black wings, but pushing on it a bit. I could bring it out a bit, but it is suppose to butt up against the raised support on the bottom of the footboard. I attaching pics just for a double look from everyone. I don't think it will be too big of a deal, the worst that could happen is that it rubs through the plastic, but that would probably take years. Top pic is it touching. Second is top down of where it is lined up.

That's the way it suppose to be. I got it as tight as I could to keep your legs in as tight as they could be. It's not going to hurt anything even if they did touch.
