• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just ordered RideOn

I'm sold! I am going to purchase some right now. Anyone know if this is something that has to be reapplied after so long or???

Looks like it's some awesome stuff. I ordered the same thing that Deb did so I can do all of my bikes. Thanks for the coupon. :2thumbs:

Just when you change tires as far as I know.

Should never dry up as some other stuff does. I am very satisfied with mine so far. Just had it about a month, but if it saves me one tire flat and down time in the middle of nowhere, it's worth every penny.

How did the Rim look? Did the stuff cake to it as well? I know with the fix a flat stuff it makes the inside of the rim all crusty and depending on the rim has been known to make it rust over time

The rim looked great and it was much less of a mess than I though it would be.

I'm kind of surprised to see it globbed up in spots and bare rubber in others. I thought it would look more like a general overall coating of the inside with maybe a little puddling in the the low spot.

Anyways, the guys at Ride-On have super quick service. dltang ordered it two days ago. Within a few minutes of ordering it online, she got confirmation that it shipped. We got it delivered today using their standard shipping, UPS ground.

lamonster, it looks like you might have scraped a little of it away at the bottom of the tire. If so, how was the consistancy of it? Similar to when you first installed it or had it thickened up?

I asked the maintenance guys at my dealer about this stuff. They DID NOT recommend it. I forget their exact reason.

Anyone care to share possibilities of why its not a good idea?

Can it be removed?
