I am with you. My wife doesn't drink any drink with alcohol. Once we went out and she thought she would have a drink. A cranberry and Vodka. I ordered her one as well as one for myself. I thought it was a little on the light side, but she said it was too strong so I went back to the bar. I asked them to split it into two using only cranberry juice to top them off. She said still to strong so I ordered a tall glass and put 1/2 of the wartered down drink in it and the rest with cranberry. I tasted it and thought I could just taste vidka ,but would not have bet on it. She took a sip and said "better, but still on the strong side. I think she drank 1/4 of that glass.

So like you I never reach the Ultra Safe mode.
