We have our group deal for Spyderlovers as price and category of stateroom as posted.The good news is Royal Caribbean have a special with us where we are reducing the price to$499.00per person to include all taxes and Port Charges plus the staterooms are upgraded from Category E to Cat D which are bigger balcony cabins.All Spyderlovers who have already made their bookings and deposited with us have had their price reduced and cabin upgraded.This is a temporary promotion by the cruiseline who can pull it when they like so if you are sitting on the fence call us quickly.The deposit is $200.00 fully refundable upto final payment.
Once the cruiseline pull the promo our price reverts back to the group rate of $555.00per person and cabins in CatE2.:yes::yes::yes:

We have to step down on this one for now. Too many trips this year, not counting the ones we might need to do to take care of family business back home, and I would like to do Daytona or Sturgis next year, so we need to accumulate leave days.

Ivor, I just saw your other thread reference 2014 Biketoberfest and hotel accommodations. It reminded me to ask the question about our upcoming cruise in December.

We will need passports will we not? If we do, I need to get started and get ours.

We recommend passports but having said that if you have an authentic birth certificate with a raised seal not a photocopy or one issued by the hospital that would be ok together with picture ID.
A problem would arise if for instance you had to leave the ship and fly home for any reason.Not a good thing to be without a passport.
I suggest you get yours Chris as once you do the Spyderlovers cruise I will have you on a 90day round the world cruise and for that you must have your passport.:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

Lamonster of Spyderlovers,Reggy of Tricled and myself of Sunbird Cruise &Travel have been in discussion about having a Spyder Cruise as well as a 2 day ryde through The Keys from Ft Lauderdale to Key West. and have held 50 cabins at a knocked down rate on Royal Caribbeans Liberty of The Seas 4 nt cruise 11th-15th Dec.We have balcony cabins @$555.00per person and inside cabins @$430.00per person.These prices include all port charges and gvt fees which total $179.30pp.There are no big Spyder events this time of year and a cruise on one of the top Royal Caribbean ships at a price like this coupled with a 2 day ryde from Ft Lauderdale through The Florida Keys to Key West sounds like a lot of fun..The itinerary of the cruise is 11 Dec board at midday,12th Dec at sea,13 Dec Cozumel,14 DecAt sea.15 Dec arrive back in Ft Lauderdale 7am when Reggy would lead the 2 day trip to Key West.For those who did not wish to ride their Spyder to Florida it would be ok to fly and take the cruise only.Deposit for the cruise is $100.00 per person and is fully refundable until Sept 10th,2014.
We have a group rate at The Rodeway Inn & Suites in Ft Lauderdale situated 2 miles from The Ocean.Hotel has outside tropical heated swimming ,pool,rest,sports bar as well as many other amenities.Rate is $89.99 per night instead of $149 plus tax.This is from the 8th Dec so you may stay 1,2 or 3 nights as you wish.Safe parking for the Spyders will be at the hotel whilst you are on your cruise and is included in the nightly rate.Transfers to and from the hotel to the cruise ship are also included in the nightly rate.
There will be 2 rides prior to the cruise An Oceanside ride to South Beach,and a ride to Everglades National Park,where Airboat rides can be taken.
It is a possibility we might be able to get BRP to put a couple of 2015 models onto the shipProbably Lamont and Reggy would be aboard so seminars on Spyders would be arranged.
I know the various beach clubs in Cozumel so would arrange a day at the beach there.Alternatively scooters or cars can be hired as well as diving or boating excursions arranged.

Our group rate has now expired so for all those who have booked their price is secured.The rate for new bookings is approx $200 per cabin more.The cruise line however have a promotion going that if you buy one you get the 2nd person at half off which would bring the price in line with our group rate above.Once a deposit of $200.00 for 2 is made we can then pull the booking into the group.
Thecruiseline advise us this promotion is only held until July15th.This does not mean the price will hold as they can increase it any time they want even with the promotion it can cost more.THREFORE if you wish to join the group already booked or think youi may do I strongly advise you call us aT 561-731-2208 AND RESERVE THE STATEROOM.The deposit is fully refundable until October the 1st.The cruise is really good.
