There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Is Anyone Having Front switch problems or Fog light troubles on there 2013 Spyder RT

Front switch problems and fog lights

Yes I had my front truck switch replaced ( at 450miles) I'm going in Saturday for my 600 miles check up and having them look at my fog lights. People have told me they keep coming " flashing" on and off while I'm riding. 2013 RTS-SE5........

I was on a ride last weekend and the rider in front of me said the same thing, this is on a 14 RTS. Said it looked like the lights were going on and off and thought I was doing it on purpose to get them to pull over. Fog lights, not the regular lights. I have yet to verify it.

The fog lights have a very sharp cut off line in the beam pattern. When riding and a bump or change in road surface is encountered, that line can sweep past the onlookers point of view and will appear as an on off flash or flicker.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

The parking brake on the rear wheel works by cable and its operation is quite separate from the hydraulic system so there won't be a leak of fluid if (when) it goes out of adjustment. There is a useful video somewhere on SpyderLovers on how to adjust the rear brake cable for stretch. (Been there, done that). Hope this helps. :)

My 2013 RT Just seems to be using a lot of brake fluid :( I did lose the fog light switch totally after I posted above. That's two in a few months. Air shock switch seemed to have gotten stuck the other day on the way back from the repair shop. Took forever after changing setting from a harder setting to a softer one. Hope this all stops soon cause bike is actually running better just hit 2500 miles !

If your Spyder is using brake fluid, fill it and take it to
