There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Trike Painting, Civil War History. Lots of Pictures

One of our best friends Mike Lamborne of MountainMan Art had a request last Fall to paint a trike that told the story of the Civil War. There wasn't any direction, just that it had to be the best and did not care what it cost. He started it about a month ago and just got done with it a couple of days ago.
We talk to him every couple of weeks and knew that he was really having quite the time trying to decide at how to go about this.
He has done all of our bikes for the last 20 years and even our Spyder, but this Civil War Trike to me is absolutely amazing.
Here are some pictures.
Hope you like as much as I do. I really like history and this is to me is a very realistic story in painting of the civil war. All Air Brushed and clear coated.

Love History..!!

Wow a rolling history lesson. That had to be a time consuming job. Looks amazing but now you won't know if the swarm around your ryde is there for the spyder or the history lesson....:roflblack: Nice work..!! :2thumbs:

I have seen him "work" at GWRRA Rallys. Fantastic detailing and a nice guy. Work does not describe what he does.
thanks for posting it

Beautiful job. I noticed the detail. Wish my bro in law and niece could see this. They live in Hanover, Pa. and spend a lot of time in Gettysburg.

Is it a spyder?

I'm a huge Civil War buff, so this is really neat to me.

That said, hate to be that guy, but... typo in photo #2 :sour:

We let Mike know that there was a spelling mistake and he was very upset to think that he had done that. He will fix it and make it right for him. He is going to be painting the trailer and it will continue the story from where he left off on the bike.
