• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Who Else Watched??

:yikes: It is the end of an era. I always liked his monologues . I do like Jimmy Fallon though he is very talented probably moreso than Jay. His music imitations (Tebowie was hilarious) are really good. I saw him do "The Boss" last week and made Born To Run about the GW bridge then Bruce popped in and sang 1/2 with him it was great. :roflblack::roflblack:

i was surprised that he got really emotional at the end, he has been through this a couple of times. but it was a nice tribute that billy crystal did for him. and it was great to see Carrol bernet also

He was a true Class-Act...

For the Record: It's the first time that I've EVER stayed up to watch the show in it's entirety... :opps:
It's just on too late for me; but an exception HAD to be made for last evening...

Retirement will give him more time to spend on his passion.... CARS. He has an incredible collection.

Why would I watch Leno when Jimmy Kimmel had George Clooney and Matt Damon on?

Matt Damon was on Leno too. In the video good bye from all the celebrities he suggested Jay get a hobby like working on old cars like he does. The camera man told him already does and had an awesome collection. Matt said well...why the F:cus: doesn't he ever invite me over then? :roflblack:

Maybe he will now have more time to ryde his Spyder :2thumbs:..............who knows, he might even show up at the Owners Event? :dontknow::yes:

I did not watch it but I've heard a lot about it. Sounds like on the show he made it sound like he was retiring. But in fact, he got fired! A lot of speculation as to exactly why a guy at the top of his game and at the top of every chart would get fired.

If that is true and if the reason put forward by many for his termination is true, it is a real shame and not a good omen for America.

Moving on because you want to is one thing. Getting canned is another thing entirely.

Have to agree..!!

:agree: they dropped him once and things did not go well. I think it was the worst decision they could have made. He got fired but said he understood really..??
