• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

C B radio on the bike

some have been asking about installing C B radios on their bike, the reviews i have read about the factory one have not been that great for the money they ask for it. now i think this would be a good alternative for some of you that want them. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1688200382&pf_rd_i=507846
That's the one I have on my RT. Works well for bike to bike. Long distance I would have to add the external ant. But does what I need just fine.

A lot of riders have problems with the Can Am CB radio, I have had very little problem if any with the CB. I ride with my Harley buddies that have CB radio's and I see no difference between there radio's and mine except that the Spyder radio is much easier to adjust. The radio offer so much to a ridding experience, being able to carry on a conversation during a long ride. The big problem is naturally the cost from BRP of the unit. Bob

Thank you for the positive review....I just bit the bullet and ordered the brp cb for my rt....but all I have read here are negative comments...it is a ton of money for an inferior product...if the reports are indeed accurate. I hope I have the same experience as you Bob, wish me luck!:2thumbs:

My dealer is waiting for the BRP CB and, since it's different from the previous ones, I'm hopeful it will be better than the one I had on my Premier Edition.
