Hmmm... But if you actually use your foglights as an aide to being SEEN by others...
Does that mean that I can use these to replace the rather dim fog light bulbs (not the fender lights) on a 2012 RT-S?These are direct replacement for the H8 fog light bulb.
Apparently; yes!
They will fit...
How they actually work as a foglight??? :dontknow:
ok. Thanks for the "heads up"Stay away from these type of bulbs. Take it from someone who has been experimenting with and using LED bulbs for 7 years now. Yes, there are LED bulbs that are great to use. LED SMDs that are mounted close together (like these) and sealed up in a housing will suffer from two issues. For one, they will not put out much light. Good for daytime running lights, but very poor at producing usable light. The other issue is fatal. Due to the issues I described above, the lifespan of these bulbs is short. You most likely won't get more than 50 hours of total use.

I thought you were kidding on the price. Alas & Alack, you were not. Wow. I think I'll stick with my two flashlights and zip ties!WOW! Those Ericas look great but 60 watts and $850 will stop me in my tracks!!
