I did post about receiving a pin in another thread--but missed following up on this one.

For years, I complained about the less than user friendly BRP way of getting pins. Sorry, but I cannot complain any further. I went to the new site and requested my 100K pin. I received it in about a week.

Why don't you re-try on the BRP site. I tried it when it first was revised, and after two months--nothing. The second time was a charm.

I put the 25K pin on my hat with the other two 5K pins. Took a black marker and covered over the '2' on the pin. Problem solved.

Ordered my 25k mile pin in Jan as well. Called BRP a few days ago and was told it shouldn't take that long to get the pins. Customer service rep said he would send my pin out right away.
