• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So today I tackled the spyderpops bump skid plate and the tricLED perimeter LED kit for the plate. Was a fairly easy job and pretty straight forward. I love the way she looks now and I am happy to have the protection of the bump skid plate!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1389578662.011390.jpg

Nicely done..!!

looks great..though in the dark and lit up can't see how they are mounted. Do they go between the bumpskid and the air dam or on the bumpskid edge..?? :2thumbs:

Sorry... Just looked so cool at night. Will take more pics tomorrow.. The LED strip is mounted on the edge of the bump skid plate. I then wired it into the wires coming from the fender lights. I am not real happy with where the wire had to be routed and I might change that to clean it up. I cut the wires and soldered the new LED wires on

More pics of the leds in the daylight so we can see how they are mounted would be great.

I like these but was concerned with mounting them on the edge of the bumpskid due to the rounded edge. Was not sure the LED strip would adhere well. Your thoughts on this?

If you use the primer, the strip does adhere really well. It is really flexible. I would suggest u put the LED's on before you install the bump skid on the bike. Also, install the LED where it is warm so they stay really playable
