Many, many years ago I purchased some new living room furniture in FL but moved to NC before it came in. My brother was kind enough to take delivery of it and store it in a warehouse for me until I could get there to pick it up. He bubble wrapped all of the pieces and loaded it into the pickup truck for me. As I was driving away I noticed that the large ottoman didn't have a strap over it so I pulled up next to my brother and asked him about it. He said "don't worry it isn't going anywhere" a few miles later on the expressway as I looked in my mirror I see the ottoman start to wobble then it flew out of the bed of the truck and bounced down the highway,

The moral of the story - never say never!

I going to CFPS on Monday also, I have a feeling I will have no joy also, since I didn't hear from my Salesman, I can only hope. ray:ray:ray:

Good Luck to you Scooter, I hope that you find your spyder on the lot. I may have to wait now since the place that I was going to get my trailer from is now closed for the holidays.... I have to take them my 2011 RT S and a Honda VTX 1300s, since I can't ride them both down.

I will be happy riding my new Spyder on Christmas Day but at the same time I wish everyone with one on order could have it that day. In my earlier Spyder purchases I was way way down the
line in deliveries so I feel your pain. I think it will be worth the wait for everyone.. Merry Christams

Well Doc the word from my salesman was that I was first on the list to order a RT S, but it is in Cognac, so they may not have one in yet.

I gave CFPS a call as soon as I saw that the RT's were in and talked to them (figuring they'd be way too busy to look at emails...). Talked to them and they're calling me again tomorrow to set up a test ride. I have a deposit down and, after the ride, I'll decide if I'm getting a '14 or sticking with my '11.

I got an email from my customer service guy and my SM6 is still on schedule for production January 28. Now what to do in the meantime........................
