• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT'S SHIPPING?

Ran into the BRP southeast sales manager at Daytona Fun Machines this AM. He says the RT's will start shipping by the end of this week. I thanked him for my 2 1/2 month wait, since putting down a deposit. He said be patient! LOL! Anyway something should happen in the next couple of weeks. He indicated that some of the first RT's in the US, should be down south. Hope so; wasting the nice 80 degree weather waiting!:yes::yes:

Sounds good to me, I can't wait.:clap: and yes Doc. we know you have connections.

It's so easy to get into a pro/con discussion sometimes. :roflblack::roflblack:

I've got it figured out....

There are in life, situations that I just have NO control over....I've got the wisdom in place to know the difference as to when BRP is going to do "their thing".....when they get dang good and ready...:roflblack::thumbup::yes:

BRP should put GPS' on the trucks and give us access to the feeds. They should not tell us where they are going, that way we can just speculate on it. I can see people getting all excited in Florida until the truck turns towards Texas, then getting all pissy. ;)

That COULD be fun :D...
Until somebody hijacks a truck...
As I had it told to me; the dealers are notifed when bikes are coming their way.
It sounds as if they could post it in here, that they've got deliveries scheduled for the very near future! :2thumbs:

Here ya go Bob. :roflblack:

Maybe someone should re-activate a who will get the first :spyder2: to be delivered in the US. Delivered means the person picks it up at the dealership, and drives it off to home. Arrival at the dealership should not be the winning factor. I am guessing that some dealers will take a week or two to put it together before it goes to its new home.

I am also guessing that logistics and dealership relationships will play a large part in the final outcome. I have a guess which dealership will get the "firsties", but am not going to say. :bbq::bbq:

SpyderAnn is my vote for first Spyder.

Yeah, I live 12 hours away from Pitbull, so I definitely will not be first.

Tell Len that you expect a call from Vanessa, as soon as they know that the bikes are on their way!
The dealers up North will probably be too busy putting together snowmobiles to be delivering Spyders at this time of the year...

I was hoping they would be there this weekend. I would take Friday off to ride over. Then I looked at the weather. Hope they come next week. ;)

2 1/2 months isn't too bad, some of us here remember how long we waited for the '08 GS after our deposit:doorag:.

It was about 7 months for me. It was the second one to arrive in AK. Did not care what color, so I ended up with the silver moon color.:thumbup:
