I've heard it said that nobody eats at home on Thanksgiving Eve...
So; who's going out, and what are you having for Supper on Wednesday evening?? :dontknow:

We're going to try an Oriental food place this year... Normally; we hit Pizza Hut, but decided to shake things up a bit! :2thumbs:

Got chopsticks..!!

nice change..enjoy it.. Good thing it dosen't stick to you and you will have a good appitite for thursday..!! :roflblack:

Wednesday is our 21st wedding anniversary and Sunday the 1st is Joe's birthday so I'm taking him to see the Blue Man Group on Wednesday. That is his birthday present since I really don't care to see the show!

On Thanksgiving we will be riding to Searchlight, NV for early dinner at the Nugget with our good friends and fellow family-less biking buddies. Last year we ate so early that by 6:00 Joe wanted to go out for another meal.

happy

A lot of people hate the holiday season of the year, even more so when they lost love ones they use to share them with, you're not alone.

Go enjoy some time w/ what family you have and make the best of it. Afterwards you can come back here and entertain your friends once more.

Don't mourn them ... Remember them, and all of the best times that you had! Would they want you to be sad? Probably not! nojoke

Are you going to have the smiling duck?

Thanksgiving with "family"

Bob, you gave me a great idea for a new tradition. I think next year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving I am going to plan for a NY Spyder Ryder Thanksgiving. I will put on one of my famous dinners and invite all my spyder friends. You know how much I live to cook. This way our "family" can have a nice sit down dinner.

What do you think of that idea? Do you think a pot luck would be a good idea for the sides?

Just sayin'............

Same here John, heading out to sisters on LI. I can hardly wait to sit in traffic for hours. :banghead: i usually leave the dogs home, but my sitter isn't around this year....Should be interesting having 2 100 #'ers running around in a strange house...with even stranger people...:roflblack:

I don't have the luxury of going out....Family Thanksgiving and almost all holidays are at my house...I cook 90% of all food....clean the house...make sure the mom's look good that day.....and be happy to have everyone at our home......this year...12 guests....all inside....too cold outside....will wake up Thursday to 29 F.....way too cold for me....but thankful we still have our moms......

this is for Ann & Joe.....HAPPY ANNIVERSARY........we are 1 year behind ya

Chinese Turkey?? :roflblack:
That actually is my all-time favorite Christmas movie!

I was thinking of that same thing--but Magdave beat me to it. One of my all time favorite holiday movies as well as Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. I love the car rental scene in that one.

Going to have Thanksgiving at akspyderlady's. Usually, its turkey sandwitch time for supper. I usually don't go out for the TG evening or the night before.
