• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My 2013 ST has extreme heat.....it is melting and deteriorating most of the rubber pieces under the Tupperware......the heat directly on me personally is .....just move out of the way.....that is never what I complain about...

Yes, Right foot hot.
Yes, under glove box hot.
Yes, Under seat hot.
Yes, Gas cap 150 degrees or more.
Yes, Fumes at stop in heavy traffic.
Yes, all recalls done.
No, I do not get any Heat warnings on gages, all gages look to be in the normal range.
I also run around in the hottest part of the day here on the west coast of Florida and in some what heavy traffic.
The wife and I will be out for around 2 hours. Mostly running around 30 to 40 mph running around Clearwater Beach.
Am I going to add all the air dams and cooling fans to fix the problem? NO.
I'm hope BRP will fix the problem.

The Question is how do I answer the "Does your 2013 have heat Problems?"

"just move out of the way"

Please take this as intended:joke:

Asking big foot to hide while riddding a spyder is just about as likely.......as spotting one. :roflblack:

Air flow under tupperware

You can increase air flow by eliminating the stock air box and resonator and going to the Kewl Metal intake.

I was looking into doing this, but I read several reports that the Kewl Metal intake was very noisey. It also required further mods to reduce the noise and in some cases to get the bike to run correctly. Have you had anything like this and did you add an air scoop to your bike? Also did you notice any additional cooling to your bike?
