I would really tend to doubt it, but even if it could I would think the cost would be prohibitive.

:agree: Different frame. But anything could be done but would likely cost more then a new one and still be old.

I would think that the engine might be a tight fit in a '12. Where would you put the radiators? The one you have now would not be sufficient to cool the new motor.

What they said above. If you want the new engine, I am recommending get the whole package and trade/sell the 2012 if possible.

Do we know that the frame for the RT 2014 is the 2013 frame? Or is this new frame new to fit the engine, which is wider than the Vtwin. From what i was told, my elkas & sway bar will be transferable to the 2014 frame. :dontknow:

I plan to move to a 2016 or 2017 the expectation failure date of my (still brand new) 2012.
