• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2010 vs 2011 RT front shocks

Folks,

Does the RT have different front shocks from the 2010 to the 2011 models. The type I have in my garage that at purchased for my RS are blue in color.

The 2010 shocks are pretty soft in comparison to the 2011s.
I went from 2010s, to 2011s, and then to Elkas on mine...

There is quite a bit of difference. Stiffer spring rate and valving on the 2011/12 vs the 2010. I am not sure how you would identify them other than side by side but the part numbers are 706001059 for the 2011/12 and 706000675 for the 2010. These numbers may be stamped into the shock body.
