• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just bought a new 2012 RT spyder and would like to know where can I buy louder PIPES for it?
And what are my choices out there?
what is out there how LOUD are they.?
What is the websites I can go to?
Feedback please!!!!

Check out Two Brothers. You can't drive down a street without everyone turning to look where the growl is coming from.

At the recommendation of my dealer I went with one and love it!:doorag:

Yoshimura R77

I have tried several on 2 RTs and like the YOSHIMURA R-77 the best... has a great mellow sound and not excessively loud. You can buy them for a great price on eBay or Amazon and installation is a snap.

what about the new one's BRP is selling - Akripovic or something like that???

I am going to buy the cat converter bypass from SpyderAttitude - that will make the pipes louder (and get rid of some of the heat)

I must lead a sheltered life? I have heard the Hindle's, Two Brothers, and the new a(alphabet soup) model. They all sound just like pure noise. The stock muffler has more of a hum to it then pure noise.

Beside the fact, who wants to ride all day long listening to noise?

Amen to that! I'm using their single can Spyder system; WAY to loud for the street, had to immediately order/install a P1X tip to quiet the :cus: down! Dual can system might be quieter, and according to their dyno charts provides slightly more bottom end and mid range (as opposed to the single can system). Good luck!
