Spyder Storage

Over Thanksgiving i pushed the limits of the storage compartment.

One trip i had 25 lbs of ice and a package of butter (last minute Turkey day items) So all that fit no problem

Then later that day i fit 2 twelve packs & 2 six packs of beer still in its boxes no prob.

Having storage on a bike is great. Deifnitely is a bigggg plus over a 2 wheel bike.

Anyone put more in their compartment then they thought would fit?

I'm constantly testing my boundaries. The Wal-mart checkers are starting to take bets when I go through their line as to whether everything I bought will fit in the trunk!:clap:
I do carry a couple of ROCstraps and a cargo net in the trunk just in case I miscalculate when I'm filling my cart. Only one time did I have to strap a bag of cat food on the back seat when I couldn't get it and everything else in the trunk. I have to admit bread and buns are occasionally a bit "dented".

I try to keep a running tally of weight going as I shop, though, along with space considerations.
