There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

thats not a bad looking rack, but I wonder if they have it in powder coat instead of chrome....
I live near the ocean and am too lazy to deal with chrome...

From I've been able to tell... the BRP covers won't fit over the top of a top-mounted rear rack... :shocked: :gaah:

Has anyone ever ordered and gotten this rack? I ordered and paid on April 24, got a note of the back order until 7/7/13 and not a word or response (several emails sent from the web page ref this) from them since. I just sent another email a minute ago. I have since order this rack, or it's cousin, from Show Chrome and it should be here any day.
Stupid me, I figured they were a SL supporter, evidently not, unless I missed their support "tag" on the home pages.

I've helped both SpyderLady (Linda) & MurphyBrown (Karyl) put the BRP rain cover over their Diamond R racks. Its snug but they fit.

I'm not particularly mad, all I wanted was an update, seemed reasonable to me, maybe not to them. I'd order something again, after they promised to text me, or email, per my request, and answer my emails.

Just got mine. Waited 3 months. Well worth the wait. Very nice rack. Only issue if if you have the rear upper brake light (as I do) you will need to get two .5 in x.5 in od spacers to go under the front legs. I have a machinest buddy and he made me a couple out of stainless. not noticeable at all.

Got mine installed 2 days ago. Took hands of steel, to drill 4 holes in the trunk lid.
