There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

There is the waterside in edge water nj.It's on the Hudson river, overlooking Manhattan. and in the early evening we can watch the dinner cruise boats go by, nice view of the GW bridge and the city is lit up beautifully in the evening. They have outdoor seating for dining and an outdoor bar and night club. This place is perfect for our needs and if we do a tuesday or weds i am sure we'd be pretty much alone. I would love to do a group ride to little italy in nyc if we have any interest a friend of mine owns 5 restaurants there . lots of sights to see walking around and shopping. there is also the chart house on the water...:cheers:

Only one confirmed for tomorrow, who else is going? Hope I will see more before I take the 2 hour ride and find no one there.

Eleven NJ Spyder Owners met yesterday at a central NJ diner to chat, eat, share and ride. It was a great day -- warm with a blue sky -- with great fellowship. Here are two pics of the group.
Burg650's fully loaded GS was, as always, a wonder to see. He has more lights on that bike than I have ever seen. He also has the most unusual seat on a Spyder. It was good to see him walking and participating after a long convalescence.

I hope I can make the next one.Thanks Ken for the complements, yes it's great to be mobile again and able to ride my spyder. I lost all of last years riding and some awesome events due to my accident but as all can see I ride again. It was great to meet up with past riders and meet some new ones as well even thou it was a bit cold at 30 degrees when I left my house in the morning, here are a few photo I took myself.
