• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

NEED SOME HELP

Click on your name

Click on send private message

Click on edit folders

Select 'empty folder' (inbox or sent items)

I didn't go any farther than that but it should get the job done.

Select the messages that you want to delete. Then click on where it says selected messages. This will pop up another menu and you can delete them.

#1. I do not want to delete any messages that I can read, of which there are 171.....#2. I have 829 messages in some type of storage ( these I think are messages that I have been deleting on a day -to-day basis ,,BUT THEY ARE NOT TOTALLY DELETED ). Somehow they get stored all by themselves,,,not because I wanted them stored....If you scroll down to the very bottom of the in-box page you will find TWO different types of messages in your own file some are active some are stored.....(yellow line) if I key delete will I only delete the "hidden" stored messages ?????...MIke
mike, if you got that many stored it must be time to get another computer!:duh:

Mike everyone is telling you what I did last night. when you send something, it sends it and save you a copy. Go to your sent items and delete. click on the box in the top right, then to the bottom and click on select messages and click delete and it will delete that whole page 25 messeges I think.

Better make sure you want to delete all. I tend to check them out first.

Mike,

I have 42 stored. That's 20 in the inbox and 22 sent. All are active. If there are any that you want to remove, follow Randy's instructions.

Try to remove just one from either your sent or inbox and you'll see the stored number reduced by one. It's not like the stored messages are hidden.
