• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bell Mag 9 Sena Helmet

Has anybody tried or even seen the Bell Mag 9 Sena helmet? It's the one made to fit the Sena headsets which I have. The pictures and the concept are really tempting. Can't find any locally. Any help would be appreciated. Interested in quality, sizing, etc.

Friend ordered one over a month ago, supposed to be shiped last week. I appreciate him ordering one because, like you, I think it's a neat looking helmet and I'll be able to see it before I order.

This is an upgrade so they are just getting to the stores.

I haven't tried the helmet...but

I do have the smh-10 on my 3/4 helmet. The mag does look nice but unless you are already in the market for a new helmet or you want your sena to be a little more streamlined I don't see any advantages to this helmet over connecting the sena to a normal helmet. Of course this is only my opinion and I have no technical evidence to persuade you either way. Good luck and let us know if you get it and how you like it.

I have the 2012 Bell Mag (Normal) 9 Silver with Black stripe and its comfortable and my XL in it was the same as a XL in the HJC IS-33.

Right now I have my Sena stuck on the side of my BRP Hybred. I had to cut out depressions for the ear phones and tape some of the wiring on the back of the helmet. Looks like crapola, at least to me. Not happy with the set up, but love the Sena and the BRP helmet, just not together. I just hate to buy a helmet without trying it on. Guess I will hold off until I can get my hands on one.
