• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

 Wow, that's terrible! Hopefully it was said with tongue in cheek. Otherwise, make sure all the knives are locked away! Yikes!

You could always have a wife like mine! One who has her own toys(Spyder and a supercharged Mustang). Trust me, I'm not complaining, life is good!!!!:clap::clap:

Mine usually gives the correct response---

"Where are WE going? Do I need a heavy jacket? Is it my turn to buy lunch today?"

C'mon guys, ease up. Some of us don't mind all the Spyder sh**; especially if the Spyder is OURS! :doorag:

Hey! That's my Wife! :clap:She cannot wait for this weekend's ride!

As a matter of fact; the weekend I took delivery, she said she thinks it's about the coolest thing we have ever done in our 23 years together. Yeah! Life is Good! :) She did however, mention the train ride between Innsbruck, Austria & Munich, Germany as being right up there.

My wife, who is supposed to be the voice of reason, and stop me from adding to this madness, was directly responsible for adding #22 and #23 to the garage, the Simplex and the Spyder. Need I say more?

Having sold my 2 wheelers and gone a year with only ATV's in the fun stable, I ordered a spYder. Response from my beautiful, faithful wife of 46 years said, "It's your money, you old fool." After I took her for a very short ride, I said, "How'd you like it?" She said, "I didn't" and has not been on it since. She does love her Beemer convert, though.
SO - I just rYde alone and am having a great time.

I must be the luckest man alaive!

Not only does my wife work here at NMN with us, but she really loves her job! She loves being around bikes and bike people. She get almost as excited as I do about new ideas and parts.

When I go to get a new toy not only is it OK, she usually wants one too!

That's why she now has her own Sea-Doo, Harley and has been hinting about getting her own Spyder too. ;)

My last wife "just didn't get it" about motorsports even though it is how I earned my living. Hence the word "last". LOL!

For those of you having the home front battles about your "toys" my heart goes out to you all!

As they said they say I've "been there done that" and I all too well know how really hard it is.

MY Wife is not allowed in garage it is my private place

Well.......... that's fine and good! However; I am one of those rare people that actually parks their vehicles in the garage. So, the Wife's Mazda is in there. :)

Of course, now that I have the Spyder, my Frontier is in the driveway. And, that was very strange going out there this morning, and finding frost on it. :(

My garages have always been filled with toys. All the transportation vehicles sit outside in the frost and snow. You get used to it. My wife never complains, as her 63 Falcon convertible would be the first to go to make space for her to park inside.

"that was until I did an album with Phil Collins and then bought Mom a new house".

It seems things change drastically when you prove to people that you know what your doing and never stop believing in yourself.......

:nopic: No problem...here it is!
