Has anyone purchased the Spyder 1Attitude Exhaust? If so, what are your thoughts? We have a 2012 RT-S, and are thinking about adding this. Does it produce a nice rumble sound? Can you still hear the radio? Is it hard to install? Any insight is greatly appreciated.

I am running the single Spyder Attitude pipe with the shorty muffler. I would consider the later version with the longer muffler if I was doing it now. Its prettty loud, more of a roar than a rumble, but you sure do get to hear that Rotax working out!

It is pretty loud, if you can wait until spyderfest next year you will be able to hear several types. :2thumbs:

I have had mine on for a long time. I really like it. I do not find it loud at all. I can hear the CB and radio just fine. I would buy another one. Great product.

Spyder Attitude, another great Sponsor...

The Spyder Attitude muffler I installed at SpyderFest 2012 started to show some flaking of the chrome finish inside the curve of the connecter pipe after about 6 months of use. When it got worse, I contacted Karsten, a SpyderLovers sponsor, to see what could be done about it. After he saw the pictures, he immediately offered to send it back for a complete refinishing job at no charge.

I just received the re-finshed muffler back from him and it looks as good as a brand new one! Nice to see another sponsor that fully stands behind the products he sells!

we have the spyder 1 attitude on our 2010 rts we had to change the pop rivets to self locking bolts on the chrome tips and the heat shield is in the tunnel out side of virginia beach, self locking bolts here would have helped that also. but to tell you the truth we have no regrets about purchasing this system and really like the nice throaty sound it produces. we have no trouble hearing the radio or our in helmet com system. and it looks pretty good also. after the loss of the heat shield i painted the exposed pipe with heat proof flat black paint and am very happy with it...removal and installation was done in almost no time at all less than a half hour. the instructions are easy to follow from start to finish ... let it cool off and make sure you specify a rt or a rs they are different...this combined with a k & n air filter increased our fuel mileage 4-5 mpg and it is much quicker from take off...good luck on what exhaust you decide on...if you go on you tube you can hear a lot of different exhausts on spyders... that helped us a lot...

I made a wield my on looks good and made it longer and turn down at back sounds better and no smells of gas. Wield it on better looking.......

Mike sound great on my 2012 RT-S plus I wielded a tip on the end about 4"out and turn down them and sound is great to and smell gone to , also have the r77 on the outher 2012 and sounds great two. Love them bouth . You have to make your own mine on what to put on. All sound good.

I just recently bought mine from them and they are superb-superduper- AWSOME:dg1:. I have since added a stainless resonator tip to subside its accasional burping and to quite
it down abit. this muffler ROARS like a bangee lion!:b2b:I have the chrome single exhaust WITH the cat-back removed by dealer.
