• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone tried the aftermarket RT hitch

There's been some folks in here who use them.
They're a decent savings when compared to the BRP hitch. But if you're buying a 622 from the dealer; fight like the dickens to get them to throw the hitch and installation in on the deal.

I have one made in Canada. Looks very similar and about the same price. I love mine. My trailer takes a 4 wire harness.

BEST DEAL ON A HITCH

Or just make one yourself, it's not rocket science ........Mike.....mine cost about $25 and that's with the wiring harness on the Spyder......:yikes:...

great hitch

i purchased one for my rs which is the same as the rt hitch fast delivery service great instructions

only issue is make sure you drill out the bolt holes fro the mounts to the hitch bar to remove the excess powder coat so the bolts go in easier

its a solid mount that with the removal of the 4 little bolts it slides out leaving the side pieces

unlike the brp hitch (hollow design ) this is heavy gauge steel and the nut for the ball is easy to get a wrench on

brp has a recessed place for the nut that requires a large socket

Same one I bought

It is indeed a duty item and good instructions for install. Installed mine last week. New trailer (Escape XL) scheduled for delivery on Monday.

I have that same hitch and is is equal or better than the BRP hitch, i also just bought an Escape XL Trailer, it was delivered last week, photos to follow
