Unless something better comes along, I'll be at the KOA Springfield which is rated 9.0/9.5*/8.0
I can also share a site if it's big enough to help defray costs of both parties. Hope you like my ferret?
:yikes: Ummmm, this is our first Spyderfest and I know everyone says how fun it is but do you care to clarify?:roflblack::roflblack:I like camping, but it can get inconvenient for one-night stands on a long trip. It also tends to shorten both ends of your day, with setup and tear-down, and possible weather complications. Finally, it really cuts down on luggage space. We will continue to camp some of the time, but for this trip we will be motel wimps, to save us a couple of days of travel.
Judy and I decided to put a reservation in at the KOA. That's where we will be if anybody wants to join us.
I guess we will be going with you an Judy if the invite is still there.

I'm from Indiana and the reason i chose koa in Springfield is because it's closer to the host hotel. All the stuff near Branson was about 45 minutes from Springfield. The koa site said they allow 12 per site. The only thing that worries me are the trains.I used the Campfinder APP on my Android and found one of interest. Mark Twain National Forest, Cobb Ridge Recreational Area Chadwick, MO 15 miles SE of Ozark. 1-417-683-4428 They are dirt bike and ATV friendly. They have 38 RV, 43 tent and 2 group sites $10 - 15 per night. Any others from Indiana interested in getting together on the way down and at the campsite?
The ozark mo ozark camp ground, it's fine for RV's for tent camping Thr koh might be the way to go, but working on some tent camping for folks that's really close to the vendors.

You and Kevin might want to come check it out and have a glass of wine.
You mentioned WINE..... can I come too:cheers:
at least I know where the after parties will be.Ear plugs and couple glasses of wine. No Problems!:yes:Maybe you can hookup with someone that will help with costs. Makes it a little easier on everyone. I asked when I called and they weren't really going for that with me. But we have a trailer. I know Dave and Teddy
are looking to hookup and share the costs. See you there!
