• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The Parts Fairy is coming and I'm in trouble

So he finally saw the package and said "Hey what did you get?" and I said "a swaybar" he said "Cool". I guess the TV smoothed things over!!

You could have said its a BRP recall you have to swap the old defected part for the new one. :dontknow:

But a 65 inch tv works just as well, we're a simple lot us men.

I just returned home from a business trip and found a new puppy, all I got was... "You keep going on about teddy so I thought you wanted a puppy, surprise "

I've had trouble getting the right gifts for my wife over the years.

One year I got her a great 20" Husqvarna chain saw. She never touched it! :dontknow:

So then I tried getting her a GREAT KTM dirt bike! No dice. I ended up having to ride it! :dontknow:

So I switched gears and got her a nice riding mower the next time. But you guessed it... I'm riding that too! :dontknow:

In baseball it's 3 strikes your out! But this is Christmas and I'm going to try again!

Ron you would have been okay with 2 of those 3 for me. Chain saws are my favorite power tool and I loved my riding mower but the dirt bike wouldn't have been a hit. :roflblack:

Joe did ask me if I was confident enough in my ability to install the sway bar myself! Hahaha, sometimes he is so funny.

Parts

I ordered Baja Ron's Sway Bar but I didn't tell my husband! The tracker says it will arrive today and I've got to decide on what to tell him.

1. I told you I ordered this don't you remember?
2. It is a must have safety item and you always say Safety First
3. I didn't buy it I traded for it. (that is his favorite excuse)
4. Now I've got my Christmas present what would you like for Christmas?

I'm doomed.

I feel your pain........been there.......done that........:roflblack:

I'll bet if you started mentioning surrond sound systems to accentuate the 60"er; he'd jump at the opportunity to install the anti-swaybar...

Gidday Anne from down under, I ordered my sway bar as soon as they were available however as we celebrate Xmas before you I'm still waiting for mine to arrive. Overseas postage is slow. Having met Joe I'm sure he will gain some browny points to bank from helping you install your bar. Merry Xmas regards John

Merry Christmas to you to John. Well the swaybar is installed mostly by me and I will say the thing that took the longest was removing and replacing the Spyderpops bump skid plate. I took a short test ride and it does seem to handle better in the curves. I'm going on a longer ride tomorrow so I'll get a better idea of how it feels.

I probably ordered the big TV for nothing as he never even asked how much the sway bar cost!

Anne, I would just run through all of the above one at a time as Joe goes through them. But my all time favorite is #1, it tends to work for me most of the time! That or I say I've had it for a while, I never say how long of a while ;)

Well now that that has all blown over, you better get out there and run that credit card up to the max with more farkle, so you can use the points to get him something next year!!!!

Back when we had a big income we would charge everything and pay it off when the bill came so over time I accumulated over 100,000 points. I recently ordered something from Amazon.com and when I went to pay for it with my Chase credit card it told me that I could pay with my points. So while I was sitting here wondering what I could get my lovely husband so he wouldn't be upset with me for ordering the sway bar I had an aha moment. He has been wanting a 60" TV since we moved into our new house last January but we didn't have the cash for one. Problem solved new TV will arrive next week and total out of pocket cost to me ZERO Dollars!

I'm just reading other threads and I've been struck with how poor some peoples spelling is.

I'm a little disappointed that the OP spelled the title to this thread correctly.

It has the potential to be very amusing.
