• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT Handlebar Plug

Does anyone have a spare RT handle bar plug they would be willing to sell? It's the grey plastic plug in the middle of the handle bars. I was putting mine back on and it fell inside and is gone for good. If so, PM me. Thanks much.

I'm almost ready to keep a handful of old washers and nuts to throw down into the bike while I'm trying to work on it... :gaah:
If I feed it; maybe it'll leave the parts alone that I NEED!

VAC

go get your VACUUM CLEANER, and suck it out... works every time....
if nobody has one for sale, you can get your local SPYDER dealer to order one for you...

It's on order

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. I have a replacement on order. I talked to the technician at the dealer and he said it wasn't worth taking the Spyder apart to find a $7.45 plastic part. He said it can't get anywhere where it will interfere with anything.

:2thumbs: The bike will eventually digest it anyway... I've never had anything that dropped into the bodywork ever drop back out onto the ground! :yikes:
