• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Picked up 2 mpg

Lamonster

I've been getting anywhere from 28 to 30 mpg here lately and since the cold air mod it's been a pretty steady 29-30 mpg. I just filled up after running a tank with the stock o2 sensor back in and the o2 modifier removed and I got right at 32 mpg towing a trailer and riding...well you know how I ride. Still runs great too. :doorag::thumbup:

Way to go Lamonster. Keep tinkering and you'll soon figure a way for all of us to get 40 mpg. You are the :spyder:man!!:clap::2thumbs::congrats:

great job Lamont  and I know how you drive :yikes:but I'm wondering if it was the 02 sensor or was it the last award that the local,s gave you the other day:joke:

Ok... I was considering the evoluzione race airflow system and their o2 sensor.

So, my assumption is the aftermarket o2 sensor and the race airflow system will add to performance to my :spyder: at the expense of mpg.

Evoluzione's O2 modifier is not an O2 sensor. It's a by-pass "black box" which eliminates any interactive sensing of the exhaust.

I have one and it has its place on modified systems. However, I, too, have it removed right now.

When I was first considering the Evoluzione O2 modifier, I called and talked with Ken Zeller about it. He told me that a slight decrease in MPG would occur with his O2 modifier. Just the nature of what it does for the engine.
