Well here it is. Just got home from the pickup. Towes great super smooth. Thanks to HarryPotter for his advice to go with the BRP unit.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Glad you found one, I stripped mine down to bare shell last night. I impressed myself because I'm useless at this stuff. The test will be when I have to put it back together. :roflblack:
Dropping off at the body shop this morning, getting painted lava bronze along with some panels from the spyder. Dash, front speaker grills and the rear fender, I chickened out on the rear speaker grills too much to take off.
The 2010 as the back up lights with bulbs but they don't work, ordered the back up kit from custom dynamics. As long as the 2012 rev 5 trailer module sends the power when in reverse I will get them to work. I think I remember that it did when I was testing the lead while wiring up my Jason Ion trailer.
Are you getting it color matched?

I have not played with the lights yet. Not even sure what yet i bought hahaha. Dealer said he would try to get me an 11 as they have several among thier locations. Working for part of today so will play later. Was going to get colour matched but once i hooked it up i kinda like it. May get some chrome stuff or some sort of stick on stuff. .I tell you one thing for sure if you think a spyder gets attention put the trailer behind it !!! Holy cow quite the ryde back

So what have people done for tie downs in the this cool little guy? Cant beleive there are none.
Also looked at the lights. Really dumb 4 amber lights and they never come on. I guess those are what people switch to reverse lights? I am going to ask my dealer wtf and see what they say.

With regards to your turn signals, its not the trailer is the 2012 trailer harness on the spyder.
The harness is designed as 4 pin combined rear running and turn signal.
Anyway, I plan to wire the turn signal into the back lights. This will make the turn signals lights into running / indicators. You can leave the bulbs orange or change them out to red.
I also plan to get the reversing lights working, on the 2010 the reverse lights exist, 2011 upwards there just dummy lights. From what I remember when I was testing the connections from the 2012 rev 5 trailer harness I'm sure the revers sends power just not connected at the trailer end. I just received the custom dynamics trailer bac up kit this morning, I plan to install this when I reassemble the trailer.
I will post back in a couple of weeks with the results.
