• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The control pod on the left side is loose on my RT. The bolts are tight. Any solutions would be appreciated.

Do you happen to have a copy of this "quality service bulletin" you could share? Are the three parts very expensive? I'm just out of warranty and may want to perform this fix if it isn't too expensive.

I no longer have the bulletin #.
However the parts prices are as follows.
709401040 $23.99
250000494 $2.39
219800212 $19.19

Labor per factory time guide .4 hour

I would have your dealer contact BRP about performing service outside of warranty.

Thanks for the parts list. At Spyderfest the BRP Reps told me I needed the repair but my dealer didn't know and wasn't able to get the details on the bulletin. I'll send them the parts list.

The Dealer can pull the bulletin # and info from their BRP Dealer connection with very little effort.

Is it a fairly simple install? Do you need only one or four of the Part # 250000494 Screw-Socket HD.DIN.912 S.Grip? For $45 not hardly worth taking the RT to the dealer (mileage) if I can do it myself.

You will need 1 of each part # and yes it is a relatively simple R & R (see .4 suggested labor in DLTG)

Orrrr.... There's the other way to fix it:
Pop the bolts out of it and lay a wrap of electrical tape around the bars.
Bolt it back together and no more wiggle!
