• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Spyderpops Review

Put on my Spyderpops Missing Air Dam and missing heat shield today, then took a ride. Before the installation, when riding with temps in the low 90's my RS would be at 5 bars within 10 minutes then stay there. After the installation the results as far as I can tell are the same (not saying 5 bars is too high or a bad thing, just saying it's the same). The bike may run a few degrees cooler and still be in the 5 bar range, but if so I can't tell. The heat shield is terrific, while riding my right foot no longer gets roasted, in fact it's no hotter than my left foot. In my opinion the heat shield by itself is worth more than the price of both products.

:agree: I have lots of SpyderPop's products on my Spyder. Outstanding quality and his stuff really works. Plus, it doesn't hurt that Harvey is a great guy. (he personally installed every one of his products I have on my Spyder!)

+1! Have most of SpyderPop's stuff on Spydee.

'The Missing Belt Guard' saved my belt from an early demise for sure.

When Harvey finds a Spyder issue, he finds a way to fix it!

No more hot foot for me! :ohyea:

I just ordered many items from spyderpops and I know I should have done this much sooner but as the saying goes... Better late than never!

we put the top left block plate and the 3 screens on our RT and no problems
the 3 screens do finish off then Spyder nicely

with the NBV forward pegs I am a happy man:clap:

ride safe

Spyderpops

Hey everybody. I have a question concerning Spyderpops. A little background....

Last summer (I posted this here) I suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my leg
while traveling through central Florida on the turnpike. I have diabetic nureopathy
so I couldnt feel my leg "cooking". By the time I got back on the Spyder the weather
was cooler so no more issues. Now its HOT again. Don't want another trip to the ER.

What product (s) should I order from Spyderpops to alleviate this problem? Have heard
great reviews on Spyderpops so that is the way I want to go. I have an 09 GS
thanks

Jim

James,
Our Air Management System combined with the Missing Heat Shield will do the trick.

Always make sure you do not have a leaking "Y" gasket on the right side as our parts won't stop the heat from that.

Harvey
