• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well this weekend my wife and I are heading to Montreal from Nashua NH. We were supposed to take my Harley but the wife decided her back would do much better with the spyder. Sooooo we are going to show up with the spyder. I'm sure I'll live this down some day. Oh well. At least two of us will be comfortable. Love my Harley but to Montreal and back with just a nights sleep between rides would be the end of me. Wish me luck.

Have a safe trip and enjoy the city while you are there

They are calling for nice weather for the weekend.

Tomorrow will be very uncomfortable (93 deg, extremely humid), but they are calling for cooler temperatures for the weekend.

Beware of the traffic, even during the weekend. Montreal is on an island and there is construction work on pretty much every single bridge crossing the river to the south shore. (courtesy of our the mega brains in charge of the planning). Once you make it across the bridges you will also need to be patient if you plan on going downtown.

Hope you have a great time: once you get to your destination there's a lot to do, especially at this time of year.

You are quite right the roads are pretty beat up and construction was everywhere. At least we were close enough to walk once we got to the hotel. Awesome old city. I will definately be back. Hopefully soon.
