• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:D When on a nice ride on my H-D ultra, my wife followed on her RT-L. The first two tanks on the RT we were getting 20 mpg, Yesterday started out with 702 on the RT and after 104 miles of back roads she got 33.4 mpg. Sure glad it improved, thought it would take longer to get that good.

Both speed and wind direction have a major impact on mpg. My 2 wheeler has an accurate built in computer that lets me watch mpg and see how it varies with speed and how hard I twist the throttle. On a day of riding backroads, mostly dirt, with speeds mostly around 35-45 mph I averaged 48 mpg. When I get on the interstate and hold it at 79-75 I'll be lucky to keep it in the 40s or high 30's.
