• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Rear Speaker Volume Adjustment

Star Cruiser

New member
This is such a great site for answers, I thought I throw a question out there. The owners manual is a bit vague. The passenger controls for the radio work for changing stations/tracks, but not the volume (rear or otherwise). The manual "sort of" may imply that it is just for headset. Can anyone verify one way or another? Not sure that I want to bring it up as a "problem" with my dealer if that is the design, specific to communication, rather than sound system.
Thanks
Bill

The controls by the passenger grips are for the rear headset. The front display cluster can control balance/fade.

Thank you Steve. I thought that was the case, but wanted to make sure. I see the front / rear fade on the audio and will just adjust it there. Looks like my passenger can chane my station, but not her volume LOL. I am mostly rYding one up, so no biggie at all. Appreciate the quick reply

Anytime my friend. Your passenger can only adjust the headset volume with the controls. However, can change the radio station/music you two are listening to. So I hope you two are on the same sheet of music. Ha

headset functionality only.

I misread the statement in the owners manual
and asked my dealer about it. they were
gracious enough to clear that one up for me

it only took me a few minutes to clean the egg off
of my faceshield.
