• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Home safe

We made it! Right at 12 hours with stops. I'm buzzing! Is that normal?! 1700 total miles. Minor compared to many SLers but a HUGE thing for Bobbie and I. THANKS TO EVERYONE!!!!

Scotty- same error 2x on the way home.

Most likely cause is bad gear position sensor (GPS). Time to see your dealer. Glad it didn't strand you on your first long journey. It was a delight to get to spend time with you and Bobbie.

We left 8 AM CDT in heavy for, which lasted to near St. Louis. Took the southern route via Indainapolis home, to avoid the rain, which was successful. Found myself falling asleep about half way, and had to take a catnap on a park bech at a rest stop near the IN border...fine all the rest of the way. Made it home 10 PM EDT, for a 13 hour journey. Felt good to have my own bed and my "brick" (orthopedic pillow) again. We had a great time, and Nancy thoroughly enjoyed her first Spyderfest. Can't wait until we see everybody again. We really are a family.....a large family, but family nonetheless.

Made it home about 3PM yesterday. Another great Spyderfest!
Kudos to MO Gang, Cowtown and staff, vendors and cuba.

Will do. I'm also going to check the oil. Before I left, I think I added too much ( above the line by about 1/4" on the stick). I can get it to repeat by leaving the power on for 3+ min. without the engine running, then start, then the error.

Scotty- Bobbie and I thoroughly enjoyed our time with you and Nancy. And just talking about life:). You are a hero in my book whether you like it or not:)

1700 miles in 12 hours? Gotta be close to 150 MPH. More with stops!

Some Girl and I made it home at 11:30PM EDT last night. Avoided the rain until the last 2 hours of the 10 hour ride. Cold and wet, but home safe.

This was my 3rd Spyderfest and Carroll's first. She had a really great time and now understands why I love going to SF every year.

We made it home! Thankfully today was a much better driving day! Seth rode with us from Cedar Rapids, IA to Rochester, MN and most likely is getting home about the same time as us!:roflblack:

Haven't made it home yet yet. Stopped at a friend's home. Going with him and his brother to a Spyder dealer where someone may purchase a Spyder. Should be home on Tuesday. Had some yucky weather but it cleared up.
Met some great people and Stumpy had a great time too!
Looking forward to CO, Lamont's and next year's SpyderFest!

Thanks for the party Cowtown!:yes::yes:

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP DURING SPYDERFEST!!

Barbwire, Fencepost and the Furkidz home safe late last night.
Glad both of you made it home with the "kids". THANK YOU again for all of your support with traffic during Friday Nite Lights.

We made it home last night, April 30, around 4:50 PM and had really good weather coming home with temps. in 50s and 60s. We left The Chateau at 5:10 AM waiting for Bud to show up (sorry Bud we had to leave) hopefully we didn't just miss you!!:opps: It was pretty foggy when we left but the weather got progressively better as we traveled East. We had a really great time in Cuba and enjoyed seeing everyone. We bought the Elka shocks and some Can Am boots for me, unfortunately my wife couldn't find any in her size.:(

Thanks to Len and his dad and Cowtown, the mechanics at Cowtown, and all the vendors there at Spyderfest. Thanks also to the Mogang members for all they did for Spyderfest event. We had a great time!!

Just got home. Would of gotten in last night but didn't want to deal with Houston rush hour traffic. Maybe I didn't want the journey to end?

It was fun meeting up with old friends and making new ones. Thats what Spyderfest is all about. Along with the rides, food, and surprises!

Once again the Mo Gang has out done themselves. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!:clap::clap:
