• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Official SpyderFest 2012 Updates Post!

with over 500 coming to this event you'all make sure the gas stations have enough fuel for us..lol those :spyder2: loves go-go juice..

I won't have anyone (human) traveling with me to run a camera.

I beg to differ. You will have 600-700 new friends who travelled there with you. This is a great group of folks, so pick one of your new friends to run the camera.

Sorry, but we don't have a budget for camera security! :roflblack::roflblack::roflblack:

We should get some locals to get pics / vids and the like. We could make it a big deal for them, tourist action "Cuba, Spyder Town USA"

Just a reminder. Online registration at www.spyderfest.com will cut off tomorrow night, so get your registrations in today or tomorrow to save a few bucks!

For those of you choosing to wait to register, we will have registration tables setup at Cowtown on Wednesday Morning April 25!

See you there!!!!! Getting oh so close now.:yes::yes:

I've been thinking about Marge's burgers all winter. Sure gonna miss Irish, though, may he rest in peace. Do we have a date for lunch?

Lunch and any other time we want burgers, Scotty, we should be there around 3 on the 24th.
If there's buttermilk pie on the pie run, we might be there, too:clap:.

Hello All!

Well, just made the last entry to the first post of this thread. So far 525 Spyderlovers will be joining us in Cuba for SpyderFest 2012!

We expect in the neighborhood of 150 more people to register the first two days of the event, and that will bring our total up to nearly 700 SpyderLovers attending the event.

Thank You one and all, and see you in a couple of weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:firstplace::firstplace::yes::yes::spyder::yes::yes::firstplace::firstplace:

700 :gaah:We better get the parking lot expanded and more Port-A-Potties on order!:roflblack: The party is going to be "BIG"!:firstplace:

It will be big!!!! Fun and great friends. Looking forward to a wonderful time.

To all those wondering what to do on Friday.... The Hermann Ryde will "charm" your day. One of the other rides is just a trinket..... :ohyea:

Yeah, but the Rock Ride will ROCK your world!

Drop-In Visitor Fee?

Is there a fee for a day visitor? I'm not a Spyder owner (but might be some day) but would like to see the vehicles and talk with the owners (that's sorta how I make my motorcycle-purchasing decisions) who are at SpyderFest 2012. But $50 seems steep for the privilege.
Thx. Roy

I would think stopping by, asking questions and taking demo rydes would be ok, the cost of the event, I believe, covers the swag bag, the 4 free meals and a couple other things.
