I have it secured with silicone because I no don't want to damage the handle undeneath. I'm waiting for Holly to get home so we can take a test flight. I'm sure zip ties would hold it in place, but I'm waiting for Holly to tell me where she normally keeps her hands. I have no clue what a passenger does on the back so I want her input.

I'm really happy with how it looks, but how it performs is just as important.

The one thing that would worry me a bit, would be if it came off in a hard turn? Would it cause a moment of panic for Holly? That could be a bad situation, in all seriousness.

Since I don't ride passenger and the gf is MIA this AM, has Holly complained of her hands hurting. I'm being serious this time and not sarcastic.

Holly has told me several times that she has to hold on tighter on the Spyder than she ever did on two wheels. The way the Spyder always wants to throw the passenger off is the reason. She also says her hands hurt sometimes from the tight grip on the handle. Thats why I came up with this.

I think thats great you will be able to match your Spyder, but FYI make sure you get the biggest size they make because since it says KISS in three places that will cut down how much useable material you have.

Mine is 15" and when cut in half it fits perfectly. :thumbup: I'm still waiting on a test flight, it started raining so no test results today.
