Tried registering for Spyderfest today and ran into a check out problem. There are no Provinces listed in the State/Province drop down menu and the site will not allow me to check out using a credit card or PayPal.

I get a message that the items (2 registrations) in the cart cannot be sent to the supplied address. I can see why this error might occur for the credit card payment (no province selected) but not with the check out using PayPal. Can someone check into this and suggest what needs to be done for us to finalize this transaction?

I just sent you a PM. I investigated this, but I am going to have to open a trouble ticket with the payment processor to see why it won't accept international payments.

However, I may have a workaround and I'll include that in the PM.

me and my wife are coming there but not going to register till we get there or just before we leave got to keep an eye on the weather don't want to get caught up in any rain storms or tornados for going and back.but we are looking fwd to it. got a new wrap for the :spyder2: pete has done a great job i should have by wed and hopefully on the bike by sat. i ordered a spyderfest flag but haven't gotten any shipping info does anyone here know whats going on with that? we be staying in st.james@days-inn anyone here staying there? well hope to get some lights installed on the bike when we get there hope they do some installs i'd like to be part of the parade of lights any info on who can do installs let me know i'll buy all the lights that i need i ordered the gloryders for the wheels should have those buy monday hope. well any info would be nice.

Yup! Some of us folks with the SRA in California will be staying at the Days Inn in St. James. I made my reservation there last September. I hope their computer remembers me.:bowdown:

Online Registration Extended One Week!

SpyderLady Linda and I were discussing the deadline tomorrow for online registrations, and we both agreed that we need to extend that for one more week! :thumbup:

So, we will continue to take online registrations through April 7th, to allow more of you time to get registered! :clap:

We do have to shut it down at some point and get all of the lists prepared and the goody bags ready to go for all of you, and that takes quite a bit of time.

Anyway, if you haven't registered yet, then please visit www.spyderfest.com and register today!

Otherwise, we will be prepared to accept everyone's registration at the event itself, and we will be taking Visa/MC as well.

Passport runs

I have a question about the passport runs. The passport run is shown as starting on Wednesday at 9:00 then again Thursday at 9:00. Are they being run different than last year? I would like to hit all sites if possible on Wednesday before diiner so I can make all of the rides and other activities. Will we have to collect all stamps to be in the drawing or just a certain number?

The passport runs are open every day, we have 2 passport routs, a 1 state park run, and a new one this year "picture run" details to come. The passports this year same as last just need to be stamped. And you only need to have half of the done to be eligible to win.hyea:
