me and my wife are coming there but not going to register till we get there or just before we leave got to keep an eye on the weather don't want to get caught up in any rain storms or tornados for going and back.but we are looking fwd to it. got a new wrap for the :spyder2: pete has done a great job i should have by wed and hopefully on the bike by sat. i ordered a spyderfest flag but haven't gotten any shipping info does anyone here know whats going on with that? we be staying in st.james@days-inn anyone here staying there? well hope to get some lights installed on the bike when we get there hope they do some installs i'd like to be part of the parade of lights any info on who can do installs let me know i'll buy all the lights that i need i ordered the gloryders for the wheels should have those buy monday hope. well any info would be nice.

Yep!
You should have gotten an email confirmation right after you placed the order.
We usually gather up the orders and ship on Mondays, so depending upon what day you ordered, your flag will ship the first following Monday. Hope that helps and please email us if it has been longer than a week since you ordered. [email protected]

We will also be staying in St. Jame at the Days Inn. We are coming from Summerfield, Florida. Lois (Topock) with her RT and myself (Willo) with my two wheeler. We will be bringing both vehicles on a trailer. This is our first Spyderfest and we are hoping for a great experience.

Mailed mine and the wifes registration Friday so add two more to the list. Can two wheelers join in on the Friday night lights cuz my wifes goldwing does a pretty good job of glowing too. Due to work will only be able to join in on Friday and Saturday. Since we ride with the Christian Motorcyclists Association we will have bike blessing stickers with us as well.

How do I find the agenda (spyderfest schedule) of what happens when and choices? I think once I saw something called "event schedule", but now I am not able to find it. I tried search and no help?

Yep. The first post in this thread has an updated count. I do have a few to add tonight, but roughly 475 as of now and probably 150 or so more the day of the event!! :yes:

On Line Registration Problems....Help

Tried registering for Spyderfest today and ran into a check out problem. There are no Provinces listed in the State/Province drop down menu and the site will not allow me to check out using a credit card or PayPal.

I get a message that the items (2 registrations) in the cart cannot be sent to the supplied address. I can see why this error might occur for the credit card payment (no province selected) but not with the check out using PayPal. Can someone check into this and suggest what needs to be done for us to finalize this transaction?
