Good ride down to the Lake Placid Spyder Meet up. I think I heard someone say there were about 70 SPYDERS there.

Food was typical, but good sense I didn't have breakfast. I had a call from home and had to skip the after lunch ride and headed back

I have some good pictures I will post up as soon as I figure out how to do it.

Actually, there were 50 Spyders there for the picture, but a couple left right after lunch so we may have had somewhere in the neighborhood of 50 to 55 all totaled.

Personally, I want to thank the organizers and all the riders for a great time at Lake Placid. Met a lot of nice people, saw a bunch of good looking Spyders and enjoyed a terrific ride from Boca Raton. I hope we can organize another fun trip/meeting soon.

We would like to thank everyone that came out for the gathering. :yes: Hope everyone had a good time and made it home safe. Ourselves we put on 320 miles and got home around 7:30 PM. We took the scenic way home and on the way we stop and had dinner with Wayne and June (muddpuppy). We really had a good time and enjoyed meeting alot of new spyder owners as well as seeing all our regular riders. Hopefully we can make this an annual event with all Florida spyder riders. We had 62 spyders show for lunch and 50 went on the ride to see the murals.

What a great time at Lake Placid. I looked at my video camera at Golden Coral as i was counting..and counted again 62 spyders and was told 2 others left early before we finished lunch.

Most important is for you to get well... and then start thinking about riding again... I'll miss the rides and you and your bride company... Keep us posted as to your progress.
