Has anyone used Condor motorcycle wheel chocks to secure a Spyder RT Limited?

I have a hydraulic lift mounted in a Dodge 3/4 ton truck with an 8ft bed. It rolls back to sit flat on the ground for loading and then retracts to the bed of the truck. I currently tow this behind my motorhome, so when traveling if the weather is nice we sightsee on the bike, if not we have the truck. I'm planning on hauling the spyder in the same manner and would like to use the two condor wheel chocks I already have to secure the front wheels along with proper tiedown straps. I was wondering if anyone else had tried the Condor wheel chocks on the spyder as they work great on my goldwing and Harley Fatboy. Thanks in advance for your feedback

Aren't the Condors designed for a round profile tire? Not sure how that would fit the flat profile Spyder tires. I'd worry a lot about fender clearance too, since the tires are shorter, and possibly wider. Better take a lot of measurements. If your Condors are removeable, you might be able to test it on the garage floor.

I didn't see one on their Website. SuperClamp (a SpyderLovers sponsor) makes one, though.

Condor works just fine on the front wheels of the Spyder. I use one on my trailer, along with a considerably less expensive chock for the other front wheel.

One of the neat things about the Condor is the quick connect part that bolts to the floor of the trailer. I can easily move the Condor from the side to the middle to carry a 2 wheeler.

You can get a floor rack for the Condor, too, so your Spyder doesn't fall over in the garage.....oh. :joke:

I was reading the flyer where I bought the Condor chock and it states it will accommodate 15" to 22" diameter/100-220W Front and Rear wheels and Tires.
So since I already had two of them I will plan on using them to secure the front wheels of the spyder on my Amerideck Hydrolic lift when I get my new spyder later this spring. Thanks to all for the replies! Will keep reading the forums for the good information everyone shares. Sarege330:bowdown:
