So everyone knows--I spoke with the Ramada Inn in ABQ today and we've booked 19 room days so far. So that means we're 1 away from the free room. If you are interested in the free room, please PM me and I will draw a name. I'm actually thinking of putting all the names on my Spyder's seat and revving the engine, and letting the last one remaining on the seat be the winner. Anyway--if you'd like a free room on the 19th--PM me.

I called the Ramada today to see if we hit our 20 rooms so that we get a free one...and we're still at 19. So they were nice enough to go ahead and do the free room anyway. I informed the manager that he would likely lose another room due to the free one (someone would cancel & take the free room), and he's okay with that. They're just excited to have us. So, I said all that to say this--

Awesome! If you stay at the Ramada make sure to tell them you're with the Spyder Motorcycle Club. Apparently someone from Texas also requested a block--someone saying he's the Spyder Club president (???)....and they are getting a $69 rate as opposed to our $59 rate. FYI.

Just booked at the Ramada for the 19th and got the $59.00 group rate. The gentleman at the desk said they only have kings left and no double queens but rate was still good for that time of the year. Appreciate the heads up on this deal. Now if June would only get here a little quicker.:yes:
